Fabulous experience with the friendly, helpful, skilled team at the San Clemente location! They were able to replace the screen on my S23 Ultra in a few hours, and it's held up perfectly in the few weeks since the repair. When they realized that they had made a mistake by not notifying me that the side panels of the replacement they had in stock were black instead of pink, they offered to obtain the correct color from another store and placed a screen protector on the black one so I had use of the phone in the meantime. I love that I found an honest local business that tries to do right by their customers. I will hopefully not need their services again soon but will certainly recommend them to others! Thank you for a great experience.

I had a phone conversation about the problems I was having with my desktop and they were able to troubleshoot my possible problems over the phone. When I brought my computer in to the shop they explained in detail and answered all my questions and were able to give me a couple options. The update, communication kept me updated and I had my computer back in 24 hours. Awesome job on the work that was done, very friendly and honest. Highly recommend them for your computer needs.

When my 4-year old Microsoft Surface laptop crashed during a reset hard drive process, I had no idea what to do. A friend told me about More than a fix. I dropped off the computer with them and for a reasonable fee, they wiped the hard drive and installed Windows 11, within a few hours. I now practically have a new computer. My wife's iPhone13 Mini had been dropped and its glass cover was badly cracked; the technician at this convenient walk-in office took the phone, which had been working somewhat poorly, and when he removed the cover (which had previously been replaced by a non-Apple part) he saw that a plastic film on the inside, which was supposed to be removed so that the cover can properly function as a heat sink, never was removed, and may have contributed to the performance issues. He quickly analyzed the situation, told us it would take 1 - 2 hours to repair, and notified us within that time that the work had been completed (with a genuine new Apple screen). It wasn't cheap (abut $175), but it was professionally done and on time, and the phone has worked perfectly since. His office does not accept checks and there is a surcharge for credit card payment, but we were able to pay through my PayPal app with no added costs.

What a great find! I feel so lucky that I called More Than a Fix - you never know when surfing the internet, but this is a trustworthy tech repair shop!!! I was ready to just drop off my computer to have the battery replaced. When I arrived, Monse must have had a lull and did not have to, but took the time to replace the battery in my work laptop. 10 minutes! Mind you, I did get her at a good time, but I had the battery and she went for it out of the kindness of her heart. She did not bad mouth the place that completely wasted my time by telling me that I had to buy the battery and bring it back, after telling them the problem and making an appointment! She definitely could have said bad things about the other place, but instead she just did the work and gave me some advice for the future. I appreciate good, kind, and hard working people!!!

My family and I are from Washington and were on vacation visiting my husband's mother, and when I saw there was a pretty bad crack in my phone, my husband's mother recommended More Than a Fix. She had gone there before, and she was right! Getting a new phone just because of a crack on the screen would have cost me loads more than it did to replace the screen. Wow! I saved a ton of money on vacation by choosing More Than a Fix instead of replacing my phone altogether. It also saved me the pain of having to get a new phone (we all know how time-consuming that can be). My phone was ready within two hours of dropping it off, and it was like new again! :) I highly recommend More Than a Fix to anyone who needs their phone, tablet, or any electronic device fixed in a decent amount of time for a decent price.
