Glass is cracked but the phone still works?
The display assembly is one part on an iPhone, so the screen is replaced as a unit. We test True Tone, touch and Face ID after the swap. Your data is not affected.
Most screen replacements are done the same day. Free diagnostic first.
Battery Health under 80, or the phone quits in the cold?
The cell is worn. A new battery restores the runtime and removes the slowdowns iOS applies to a tired battery. Swollen batteries that push the screen up are a safety issue; bring those in right away.
Battery replacement usually takes under an hour when the part is in stock.
Back of the phone broken, front is fine?
Apple glues the back glass to the housing. Most shops replace the entire housing. We remove the glass with a laser and bond a new panel, so you keep your original frame.
Laser back glass repair is usually same day.
Cable has to sit just right?
Nine times out of ten it is lint packed into the port. If cleaning does not fix it, the port or the charging circuit is damaged and we repair it at the board level.

Dropped in water, now acting up or dead?
Power it off and do not charge it. Rice does nothing. Corrosion starts within hours, so the sooner it is on our bench the better the odds of saving the phone or at least your data.
Water damage diagnosis is free. Data recovery is quoted after inspection.
Black screen, no response, Apple logo loop?
Could be the battery, the display or a fault on the logic board. We test in that order and quote the actual repair, not a replacement phone.
If the board is the problem, we repair it. Other shops send us these.
