How do I set up a repair?

There are 3 ways for us to service your device: bring it to our store, Mail it in, or we can come to you. We only offer mobile service for iPhone screen replacement, in selected areas in South Orange County.

How much does a repair cost?

We continuously scan the market to ensure our rates are the best in the business.
You can check our general pricing page or our data recovery and logic board pricing page to find prices for various issues from iPhone repairs to data recovery. If you have a specific issue not addressed here, feel free to call us or email.

Is there an extra fee if you come to me?

No, it’s the same price. We only offer a mobile service for iPhone screen replacements, in selected areas in South Orange County.

Do you fix any and all types of phones?

Of course! If you have managed to break your cell phone, odds are we can fix it. Browse our repair services, or give us a call at 949-299-9405

What does it cost for you to look at my device?

NOTHING! We feel diagnostic fees are predatory in the electronic repair industry, and do not charge them. Diagnostics service is only available at our shop or mail in.

Do you fix iPads or any other Apple products?

In addition to iPhone repairs, we offer a wide variety of iPad, iPod, and Mac repairs. If you are interested in a repair please contact a support representative at 949-299-9405 or browse our repairs section.

Do you need my pass code?

Yes, we do. If there is a pass code on the phone it hinders our ability to test all the functions of the device. Please provide your pass code with the device when you send it in for repair. If you do not wish to provide your pass code, certain device functions including but not limited to; the camera, wifi and bluetooth cannot be tested and cannot be guaranteed.

Do you provide a warranty on repairs?

Yes! All of our parts and services come with a Lifetime Warranty.

How do I pay for this service?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, VENMO, PAYPAL and cash

My device fell into water, should I let it dry out to see if it works before I contact you?

If you would like to save your device and the data please come to our shop, or mail in your device as soon as you can so the battery can be unplugged and the liquid can be displaced properly. Do not try to charge or power your device on. Injecting power will cause corrosion to happen quicker by way of electrolysis.

Please contact us if you have further questions or bring your device in as soon as possible to avoid further damage and to maintain a higher chance of recovering data or getting an operable device.
We provide free diagnosis for water damage devices.

My device was water damaged and now everything seems to work fine except for one function, do I still need the full water damage service?

Yes. Though only one function may not be working, it could be caused by a variety of things. For example, if your home button is not functioning properly, the issue may be caused by the home button flex, the lower dock connector assembly, the Logic board, or any combination of the three since the phone was water damaged. If the device has not been water damaged, a home button issue is almost always caused by the home button flex, however since the phone has been water damaged, standard rules do not apply.

How long until I can get my device fixed?

Simple repairs like iPhone screen replacement takes 20-30 minutes. More complicated repairs like water damage or logic board repair can take anywhere from 24 hours to 3 weeks.

I don’t feel comfortable ordering a repair service on the website are there any other ways I can do it?

Sure, to arrange other forms of repair service please call our Customer Service Representatives at 949-299-9405 and they will be happy to assist you.

Should I back up my device before you repair it?

We strongly encourage you to backup your data before allowing anyone to perform any repairs on your device. We are in no way responsible for the loss of any music, videos, pictures, text messages, notes, contacts, calendars, settings, or any other data on your device.

So I tried to fix my iPhone on my own and have it semi unassembled. Can you finish the repair?

There are multiple issues with my device, do you offer repair bundles?

I have an old device, and i’m not sure if it’s worth fixing?

Almost everything on your device is repairable, however certain repairs on some devices don’t make sense economically, unless it is for purposes of data recovery. If this is the situation with your device, rest assured that we will let you know up front. Transparency is very important to us and we want you to feel good knowing we will be honest and provide the most practical solutions to your problem.

What if you are unable to fix my device?

If we are unable to repair your device for any reason, you won’t be charged and your phone will be returned. If your device could not be repaired and you do not want the phone back, we would be happy to recycle the device at our repair facility.
