Founder & Owner
Guy has been an entrepreneur since the age of 18, building businesses across a variety of industries, from importing fine art supplies and picture frames to distributing TENS and EMS medical and wellness devices.
In 2016, he founded More Than a Fix and quickly discovered his passion for the service industry. What started as a business venture became something much more meaningful: an opportunity to serve the local community, build lasting relationships, and create a company people can genuinely trust.
Today, Guy focuses on empowering his team, continuously improving operations, and finding new ways to deliver an exceptional customer experience. His philosophy is simple: treat people honestly, take care of your team, and always strive to do better.
James Gallaher
Co-Owner & Lead Technician
With over 15 years of hands-on experience in electronics repair, James is one of the technical experts behind More Than a Fix. Trained through iPadRehab in New York and TCRS Circuit, he specializes in advanced micro-soldering, MacBook logic board repairs, board-level diagnostics, and data recovery.
James thrives on solving complex technical challenges, especially the repairs other shops may consider impossible. Whether recovering valuable data from a nonworking device or diagnosing a complicated motherboard issue, he approaches every repair with precision and determination.
As co-owner and lead technician, James also helps guide daily operations and mentor the team. He believes in doing repairs the right way, providing honest advice, and delivering solutions customers can trust.
Monse Morales
Co-Owner & Manager
With over 10 years of experience in the electronics repair industry, Monse brings extensive technical knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people. Having been part of More Than a Fix for the past six years, she has played an important role in the company’s growth and success.
As co-owner and manager, Monse combines hands-on repair expertise with a strong commitment to customer service. From everyday device issues to more complicated repairs, she takes pride in offering honest recommendations, dependable solutions, and a welcoming experience.
Her goal is to make sure every customer feels confident that their device is in good hands.
Jacob Fallman
Repair Technician
Jacob brings four years of hands-on experience in electronics repair and a passion for troubleshooting and technology. From smartphones and laptops to gaming consoles and custom-built PCs, he enjoys diagnosing problems and bringing devices back to life.
With a detail-oriented approach and a commitment to quality workmanship, Jacob takes pride in helping customers understand their repair options and finding practical, reliable solutions.
