Leaked: iPhone 8 Specs from Apples 10th Anniversary Edition

You’ve had an iPhone for 10 years and it’s hard to imagine a world without it. Gone are the days of not being connected and technology that at the time seemed too good to be true – is now unimaginably better.

No iPhone has had more anticipation since the iPhone’s initial conception. The iPhone 8 is Apples next changer in the mobile device sphere. Paying homage to the original release of the iPhone there’s much to be excited about.

The iPhone 8 is rumored to contain a scratch resistant Gorilla glass casing the front and back with a next-gen OLED screen. The screen is said to have removed the button bezels from the main home button and integrated into the screen seamlessly. The front facing camera and fingerprint 3D touch technology will be built into the surface of the screen. The home button that has become so iconic with the iPhone – will be a thing of the past.

It is also rumored that the new version of the home “button” will also bring new features to the table. Added sensitivity will make the home button capable of much more than it previously was. For example by scrolling your finger slightly over the home button and applying pressure in one direction you will be able to scroll through a document and use the home button much like an old school joystick. The home button will function similarly to the Touch Bar on a MacBook Pro.

The waterproofing on the iPhone 8 is rumored to be on another level allowing users to be at depths of 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. Although at an anticipated high ticket price for the iPhone 8, you may want to think about taking your phone 1.5 meters deep.

As more features are revealed – we’ll do our best to keep you in the loop. In the mean time you may want to start saving up for what assuredly will be the most technologically advanced iPhone.
